## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical go-to-market roles across Singapore, including Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Field Engineering leadership.
- Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on sourcing strategy, market mapping, competitive intelligence, compensation positioning, and talent insights.
- Source and engage passive technical talent and build talent pipelines supporting APJ expansion.
- Create closing strategies, manage stakeholder expectations, and use data to set benchmarks, metrics, and workforce plans.
- Champion an excellent candidate experience and represent the company’s employer brand.
- Support efforts to build a diverse, inclusive, and high-caliber workforce.

## Requirements
- Experience recruiting in the software, data, or AI industry, ideally for technical go-to-market, pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Field Engineering roles.
- Experience scaling teams at a high-growth company while maintaining hiring standards.
- Strong energy, grit, ownership, and bias for action.
- Curiosity about technology and comfort using new tools while speaking credibly with technical candidates.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and high-pressure environments.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders with data and conviction.
- Creative and resourceful sourcing approach.
