- **3+ years** building production systems, with hands-on experience working with **LLMs**, **agentic architectures**, and **retrieval systems**

## Compensation

**Targeted cash compensation:**
- **P3:** $166,600 - $225,400
- **P4:** $195,500 - $264,500
