## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Guide technical prospects through the OCR/LLM ecosystem and assess fit for Extend's document processing solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from education to implementation, navigating multiple teams, use cases, and decision criteria.
- Conduct deep technical discovery on existing infrastructure to present tradeoffs balancing performance, cost, and complexity.
- Build champions, design proof-of-concepts, demonstrate impact, and secure executive buy-in for production rollout.
- Manage Legal, Security, & Procurement processes, including data retention, deployment strategies, and enterprise pricing.
- Support customers post-contract with office hours, configuration recommendations, and workflow best practices.
- Capture field signals and collaborate on GTM & product strategy refinement.
