## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated field marketing plans tailored to regional markets and target verticals, aligning sales motions, partnerships, and campaigns to drive brand visibility and demand generation.
- Lead and execute trade shows, conferences, user groups, and other in-person and virtual events, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with sales to create marketing assets and campaigns that support field sales efforts.
- Align with campaigns, digital, account-based marketing, and customer marketing teams to strengthen qualified leads and pipeline opportunities.
- Analyze and report on market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to improve marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- Manage swag stock and warehousing, and support vendors across the APAC region.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers while enabling field teams with relevant collateral and brand messaging.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of field marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience planning, executing, and measuring physical and virtual events.
- Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo.
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
