## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Execute AMP roadmaps to shape enterprise GenAI leverage.
- Lead design and implementation of orchestration layer for authentication, telemetry, and modernization workflows.
- Leverage GenAI for reliable, scalable, extensible building blocks.
- Collaborate with product teams for seamless MongoDB integration.
- Hands-on guidance on GenAI application in modernization toolset.

## Requirements
- **10+ years** software development and operations experience, focusing on platforms and distributable infrastructure.
- Deep experience building data warehouses and data processing systems.
- Experience using GenAI in complex large-scale systems.
- Security-first design expertise (untrusted code, access control, input validation).
- **2+ years** leading, coaching, and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent technical communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Curiosity and drive to build AI skills.

## Success Measures
**First 3 months:** Ramp up on architecture, establish technical leadership, collaborate on orchestration, grasp AMP pillars.

**First 6 months:** Influence decisions, deliver milestones, own orchestration components, mentor team.

**12 months:** Recognized leader, define strategy, deliver production platform, drive engineering excellence.
