## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats for paid social, display, YouTube, and other channels.
- Use Runway and other generative tools to ideate, create, and iterate on polished, on-brand video and image assets.
- Own ad creative visual execution from concept through final delivery, including motion graphics and animated ads.
- Partner with copywriting, product marketing, and growth teams on integrated ad concepts and go-to-market launches.
- Build and iterate creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing using performance data to refine formats, hooks, and visual treatments.
- Maintain consistent visual language across performance touchpoints without making assets feel templated.
- Keep GTM assets and templates current and on-brand; build and automate deck design systems.
- Contribute design components, motion templates, and generative prompting strategies to improve team output.

## Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a technology or consumer company.
- Portfolio demonstrating video ads, motion graphics, and static performance creative, with strong craft and art direction.
- Strong motion design skills and fluency in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent tools.
- Solid typography, layout, and color fundamentals applied to high-converting ad formats.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools, including prompting, iteration, and finishing.
- Comfort interpreting creative performance metrics and applying insights to visual changes.
- Ability to work at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing quality.
- Experience collaborating with copywriters, growth marketers, and product teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience designing for paid channels such as Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including their native specifications, aspect ratios, and ad formats.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI, creative tools, or developer-adjacent products.

## Compensation
- U.S. salary range: $175,000–$215,000 annually.
- Compensation is based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity; salary is one part of the overall compensation package.
