## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own feature development on Phantom web platforms including the Phantom Extension and the Mobile App.
- Lead initiatives to add support for other blockchains and launch new complimentary products and/or infrastructure.
- Build engineering infrastructure to speed up and optimize workflows for the entire Engineering team.
- Cross-collaborate with different teams as needed to create and foster a positive work environment as well as raise the bar for hiring.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or another closely related degree.
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
- 3 years of hands-on coding and software engineering experience using programming languages including: TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python, Java.
- 3 years of experience writing high-quality tests and testing infrastructure to validate systems.
- 2 years of experience leading software engineering projects from design to deployment.
- 2 years of experience monitoring and maintaining software systems at scale.
- 2 years of experience writing high-quality software design documentation.

## Compensation
- $161,637 - $244,750
