## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create and host YouTube videos about generative AI.
- Test new AI models, tools, and workflows on camera.
- Explain complex AI topics in simple, engaging content.
- Produce tutorials, experiments, comparisons, reactions, and original formats.
- Quickly turn new OpenArt features and major AI launches into compelling content.
- Independently develop ideas and help shape the YouTube channel.
- Use performance data to evaluate content and improve future videos.

## Requirements
- Natural, confident, and engaging on camera.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Active use of generative AI tools and awareness of new models.
- Understanding of YouTube audience engagement, including clicks, watch time, and subscriptions.
- Strong creative instincts and a steady flow of ideas.
- Comfortable experimenting and working quickly.
- Willing to work onsite in the Bay Area.
