## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to grow Reddit’s user base and nurture local communities.
- Design, launch, and scale local growth programs for users, communities, and contributors.
- Continuously test and evaluate new growth initiatives.
- Provide local market insights and coordinate market-specific initiatives across Comms, Product, BD, and Marketing.
- Monitor country health KPIs, including DAU and contributions; identify risks and opportunities and develop action plans.
- Represent Reddit locally by building relationships and partnerships on and off the platform.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- **7+ years** of experience in user growth, community growth, product operations, or country expansion, with a track record of executing growth programs at scale.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong execution skills, and the ability to drive projects independently.
- Experience combining operational, growth, data, and community/content expertise.
- Experience building communities or growing a user base through local initiatives.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel modeling, working knowledge of SQL, and experience creating scalable processes and automations.
- Systems-thinking and data-analysis skills for driving impactful decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of local market culture, including language, current events, politics, customs, traditions, topics of interest, and cultural sensitivities.
