## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze and meet product specifications and user expectations.
- Perform concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Use special personas based on user research results.
- Create interaction models, evaluate their success, build wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
- Create design specifications based on product requirements.
- Solve UX problems such as usability or findability using creative approaches.
- Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
- Discuss design ideas and prototypes with developers.
- Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Product Design, or closely related field.
- 3 years of experience designing desktop products.
- 3 years of experience creating interfaces with large amounts of data.
- 3 years of experience in user experience, usability testing, and interaction design.
- 3 years of experience in responsive design for supporting multiple screen sizes.
- 3 years of experience documenting product design systems.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing high-density user interfaces with complex workflows supporting highly technical products.
