Requires strategic cross-functional partnership with Product, Marketing, Comms, and Sales.

## Job Description

## Analyst Strategy & Category Leadership
- Own the vision and strategy for analyst engagement across Gartner, Forrester, Liminal, and emerging firms.
- Proactively shape how identity, fraud, and risk categories are defined — ensuring Socure’s strengths are reflected in evaluation criteria and market narratives.
- Lead all major evaluations (MQs, Waves, Market Guides, etc.) with a focus on positioning for leadership.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key analysts and advisory voices.

## Industry & Influencer Relations
- Stand up and lead a vertical industry relations program across fintech, financial services, public sector, and adjacent markets.
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with top-tier industry trade media, emerging independent analysts, “edge” firms, and influential voices (including ex-journalists and operator-analysts).
- Partner with Comms to drive proactive story development in industry trades tied to product innovation, customer proof, and market trends.
- Ensure Socure is consistently present in the conversations that shape buyer perception within key verticals.

## Technical Storytelling & Narrative Engine
- Build and scale a technical storytelling engine that translates product innovation into clear, compelling, and repeatable narratives.
- Partner with Product and PMM to turn launches, capabilities, and roadmap moments into analyst-ready narratives, media storylines, and sales-ready messaging.
- Establish and elevate SME voices across Product, Data Science, and Risk as recognized experts in the market.
- Ensure all storytelling ladders up to Socure’s core corporate narratives and category positioning.

## Product-Led Growth & Sales Enablement
- Partner with Sales and GTM teams to activate analyst and industry validation in sales enablement materials, late-stage deal support, and executive conversations.
- Translate analyst insights and coverage into clear competitive positioning and buyer-facing proof points.
- Directly influence pipeline acceleration, win rates, and expansion opportunities through strategic use of third-party validation.
- Ensure AR and industry insights are embedded into product marketing and GTM strategy loops.

## Program Execution & Operational Excellence
- Own the analyst engagement calendar, briefings, inquiries, and relationship management.
- Lead end-to-end execution of evaluations with strong cross-functional alignment.
- Maintain a structured system for tracking analyst insights, coverage, and competitive positioning.
- Continuously improve processes, tooling, and visibility across the organization.

## Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading Analyst Relations or Industry Relations programs, ideally in high-growth B2B tech, fintech, or identity/risk sectors.
- Deep understanding of analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and how to influence category definitions and evaluations.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical product capabilities into compelling market narratives.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Comms, Sales, and GTM teams.
- Track record of driving measurable business impact through third-party validation (pipeline, win rates, market positioning).
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with analysts, media, and influencers.
- Highly strategic, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Background in identity, fraud prevention, or risk management domains.
- Experience with technical storytelling involving data science, AI/ML, or complex platforms.
- Existing relationships with key analysts in the identity/fintech space.
- Familiarity with sales enablement and late-stage deal support processes.
