## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run proofs of concept with leads and guide customers through onboarding.
- Recommend best practices for customer architectures and use cases.
- Ensure customers are activated, successful, and have their questions answered.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.
- Partner with account executives on demo and discovery calls.
- Speak with customers to identify workflow friction, understand needs, and provide product roadmap feedback.
- Help shape the user experience and developer experience roadmap.
- Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders.
- Improve documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback.
- Drive technical success across a growing customer base and help build customer success and go-to-market functions.

## Requirements
- Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps; open-source contributions are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- High energy, high ownership, and willingness to operate in ambiguity.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with secrets management tools or developer security platforms.
- Understanding of developer workflows and DevSecOps infrastructure.
- Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
- Involvement in developer communities or public speaking, including webinars and talks.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Developer Relations.
- Experience supporting enterprise accounts and working with technical stakeholders.
