## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact within accounting for customer-related inquiries.
- Serve as the accounting point of contact for Stripe and Fazeshift, the billing and collections platforms.
- Answer internal questions and customer inquiries through email, phone, Slack, and Zendesk.
- Follow up with delinquent customers and write off uncollectible accounts.
- Collect sales tax exemption forms from qualifying customers.
- Assist with monthly sales tax reconciliations and monitor sales tax compliance.
- Collaborate and communicate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Contribute to process and documentation improvements.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in accounting and/or accounts receivable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within demanding timeframes while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Ability to independently research and resolve tasks with minimal supervision while collaborating when necessary.
- Experience working on a small team with varied responsibilities and shifting priorities in a hyper-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and G Suite skills.
- Experience working in a fully remote organization preferred.

- Compensation range: **$65,000–$75,000 plus bonus and equity**.
