## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own the YouTube channel, including strategy, topics, formats, cadence, and audience.
- Own growth, watch time, and retention; iterate based on performance.
- Write, film, edit, and finish videos, including screen recordings, on-camera segments, and custom motion graphics.
- Use Runway's generative tools as a core part of the workflow.
- Create tutorials grounded in real outcomes, such as product ads, short films, VFX shots, and production workflows.
- Build a viewer community, find guest collaborators, and partner with Product and Marketing on launches.

## Requirements
- An active YouTube channel or substantial body of published long-form video work.
- Expert editing and motion graphics skills, with experience using After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Filmmaking fundamentals, including shooting, lighting, and directing.
- Advanced hands-on Runway experience and fluency with other generative AI video tools.
- A clear point of view on filmmaking, advertising, or visual storytelling, with the ability to teach effectively.
- Ability to run the full production cycle independently, without a crew.

## Compensation
- U.S. salary range: $150,000–$215,000 annually.
- Compensation is based on experience, skill level, qualifications, and internal equity.
