## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- **Unify the Experimentation Ecosystem**: Define and execute strategy to consolidate performance measurement and metrics tools into a single platform for Autonomy engineers.
- **Scale the Data Flywheel**: Own roadmap for large-scale data management and mining tools to discover edge cases and curate datasets for model training.
- **Accelerate Developer Velocity**: Build A/B testing and comparative analysis tools for validating changes pre-Pull Request.
- **Drive AI Developer Efficiency**: Advocate for AI engineering community, identify bottlenecks, and deliver roadmap for efficiency and quality.
- **Bridge Technical Domains**: Partner with Perception and Behavioral AI leads to translate requirements into scalable tools.

## Qualifications
- **Technical Product Leadership**: 5+ years as TPM/PM in internal tools, developer platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure.
- **Domain Expertise**: Deep familiarity with ML lifecycle (data curation, model training, performance evaluation).
- **Data Fluency**: Comfortable with data pipelines, large-scale search (embeddings, metadata mining), quantitative analysis.
- **Strategic Execution**: Track record managing technical migrations and modernizing tools without disrupting velocity.
- **User Centric Mindset**: Passion for developer experience and engineering productivity.
