## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support media planning and channel strategy.
- Manage campaign logistics from brief through creative, launch, and reporting, keeping timelines on track.
- Coordinate among Creative, Performance, and external agency teams.
- Manage Google Marketing Platform tools, including DV360, CM360, and Floodlight activities, for campaign setup, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate ad trafficking with external agencies and verify specifications, timing, and setup before launch.
- Write and refine advertising and paid search copy.
- Manage campaign timelines, day-to-day logistics, and external agency relationships.
- Use AI tools and other resources to improve efficiency and processes.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid media.
- Experience with media planning and channel strategy.
- Experience supporting the full media campaign lifecycle, from brief and creative through launch and reporting.
- Experience trafficking ads.
- Experience writing paid search copy and understanding its underlying mechanics.
- Experience with ad technology platforms.
- Experience managing campaign timelines, logistics, and external agency relationships.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, trading, or regulated industries.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: $75,000–$110,000 annually.
- Discretionary performance bonus of 8–12% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
