## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across business and corporate roles, or focus more deeply on one area based on strengths and interests.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates while balancing speed and quality.
- Partner with leadership on hiring needs and priorities to implement measurable, accountable, data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
- Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate management.
- Track internal SLAs and timelines and own candidate communications.
- Report on recruiting metrics and recommend actionable changes to leadership.

## Requirements
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to independently manage roles end to end.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment; early-stage or rapid-growth experience strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing experience and the ability to proactively build candidate pipelines.
- Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines, report on metrics, and maintain clean recruiting operations.
- Ownership mentality and a proactive approach to improving team and business processes.
