## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Master Health Services value proposition and map key health plan partnerships.
- Establish as trusted resource for internal sales teams and build rapport with client commercial leaders.
- Remove friction in sales cycle and execute on partnership expansion opportunities to influence pipeline velocity.
- Serve as go-to point of contact for partnership growth on assigned accounts.
- Own strategic roadmap for partnerships, driving measurable revenue growth and long-term commercial success.
- Turn partner feedback into actionable sales enablement strategies.

## Requirements
**Basic Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Sales, or Partnership Management.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Payer markets.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., **Salesforce**) and sales reporting.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and strategic planning with cross-functional stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and enablement tools.
