## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end immigration case management for H-1B, STEM OPT, TN, O-1, and PERM cases.
- Manage internal immigration coordination, including employee communications, manager outreach, document collection, timeline management, and escalations.
- Partner with external immigration counsel or vendors handling case processing; own all company-side coordination.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and maintain case-tracking systems.
- Coordinate with recruiters and HR business partners on new-hire visa requirements and sponsorship decisions.
- Support international expansion by obtaining visas and work permits abroad as global mobility needs grow.
- Conduct regular data audits across People systems for accuracy and compliance readiness.
- Support compliance audits by pulling, validating, and packaging workforce data.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for immigration compliance, I-9 verification, and visa records.
- Build and formalize operational workflows, SOPs, and process documentation across People Operations.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, tracking, and repetitive data tasks.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or immigration/global mobility coordination.
- Direct U.S. immigration experience with H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT, TN, O-1, and PERM cases.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience building reports and dashboards.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance deadlines and data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for employee-facing immigration support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

## Compensation
- Base pay range: $99,220-$149,330.
- Eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits package.
