## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own top-of-funnel candidate pipelines for engineering, sales, and operations roles.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, personal networks, referrals, and non-obvious channels.
- Run targeted outbound campaigns with personalized messaging across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Maintain warm pipelines of active and future candidates, including passive candidates.
- Partner with recruiters, founders, and hiring managers to understand roles and calibrate candidate quality.
- Identify market talent trends, competitive hiring activity, and candidate-movement patterns.
- A/B test outreach messaging and iterate based on response rates.
- Follow up thoughtfully and consistently with candidates.
- Keep the Ashby ATS accurate and up to date, tracking candidates and stages.
- Track outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion, and time-to-screen metrics.
- Identify sourcing bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-moving startup or agency.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and go-to-market roles.
- Experience using AI and candidate-sourcing tools.
- Strong personalized outreach and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and maintain high output.
- Strong ownership, organization, and metric-driven execution.
- Availability for full-time hours, 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work on a 1099 contract basis.
- Comfortable working remotely or in person at the San Francisco office.
- Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred.
