## Job Description

## What you'll do
- Drive our product's look and feel - standardizing layouts and consistent UI patterns
- Build performant UIs that handle complex data and operations elegantly
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs that feel delightful to use
- Increase development velocity through excellent component architecture and best practices
- Own the frontend experience end-to-end

## What we're looking for
- **Strong frontend fundamentals**: Deep React/TypeScript experience, familiar with Next.js and Vercel
- **High agency**: Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder. You have a builder's mindset and find creative ways to ship
- **Pragmatism**: You choose the fewest and simplest tools that will actually work
- **Craft**: You deliver pixel-perfect implementations and care how experiences feel
- **Communication**: Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences

- **Design sensibility**: You believe all products should be beautiful and care about tiny details
- **Performance**: Experience building UIs that stay fast under load
- **Experience**: Have built complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
