## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in value-based selling, big data, and AI.
- Evaluate and prioritize inbound leads from marketing initiatives.
- Create outbound strategies using personalized email, cold calling, and social selling to qualify opportunities.
- Design outreach campaigns for buyers at multiple levels, including senior executives, within target accounts.
- Identify client requirements and advance conversations into sales prospects by demonstrating how Databricks can address data-related challenges.

## Requirements
- Preferably 1–2 years of inbound and outbound sales experience.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and enthusiasm for technology.
- Demonstrated record of consistent, measurable achievement in previous roles.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about developments in big data and AI.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Determination to contribute to the growth of an enterprise software company.
