## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and lead a multi-layered organization of solution engineering managers supporting global financial institutions.
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota and consumption targets.
- Set the vision for AI-led transformation in financial services, including Cortex AI, agentic workflows, and governed enterprise AI.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources while maintaining technical alignment with regional and regulatory requirements.
- Advise revenue leaders on sales strategy and industry-specific product gaps, including real-time risk, fraud detection, and AI-driven customer 360.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services on governance, security, latency, and scale requirements.
- Recruit industry talent and develop the leadership bench across directors and managers.
- Coach leaders on presentations and technical engagements with C-suite financial services stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to improve consultative selling, AI-native workflows, and industry-specific technical architecture.

## Requirements
- 15+ years of industry experience in sales or pre-sales.
- Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and financial services workloads, including data warehousing, data sharing, and AI across banking, risk, ERP, and CRM sources.
- Experience guiding organizations through AI and generative AI transformation, including governance, security, and risk considerations for regulated industries.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Consultative sales approach and ability to map complex business challenges to cloud data and AI solutions.
- Strategic understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.
- Experience scaling AI, generative AI, and agentic workflows in governed production environments.
- Experience leading technical go-to-market initiatives for large financial institutions.
- Understanding of data collaboration and marketplace ecosystems relevant to financial services.

## Compensation
- Annual salary range: $264,000–$346,500.
