## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define CodeRabbit’s visual language and own creative direction for its website, product launches, and campaigns.
- Design hero animations, launch visuals, event environments, and campaign work for developer audiences across digital and physical media.
- Carry concepts from initial idea through final production alongside engineers.
- Establish typography, motion, and visual-detail standards.
- Work across web, motion, illustration, 3D, and brand identity.
- Build reusable visual systems and patterns so the brand scales consistently.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience.
- Portfolio spanning brand systems and multiple digital and physical mediums, including strong shipped web work.
- Distinctive visual design instincts, exceptional creativity, and strong web design craft.
- Experience with motion, 3D, illustration, environmental or event design, and interaction across several of these areas.
- Experience designing for developer, B2B, or technical audiences.
- Understanding of web layouts, buildability, and the translation of design into code.
- Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma.
- Ability to work quickly, independently, collaboratively, and receptively with feedback.
- Regular use of AI tools as part of a creative practice.

## Nice to Have
- Ability to prototype or implement ideas with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
- Experience contributing to a design system or brand system at scale.
- Familiarity with CodeRabbit, Git workflows, or the developer tools landscape.
