## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Redesign and drive adoption of media planning frameworks, templates, and cadences for annual and quarterly planning.
- Build and maintain a scalable media operating system covering budget pacing, performance reporting, campaign enablement, and process automation.
- Simplify intake, automation, and workflow tooling, including well-scoped AI and automation solutions that eliminate manual double-entry.
- Establish transparent cross-functional operating rhythms, business reviews, integrated campaign program management, workback schedules, stakeholder communication, and follow-through.
- Lead change management for new systems and processes through documentation, training, and communication plans.

## Requirements
- 7–10 or more years of experience in Marketing or Media Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related field in complex, cross-functional organizations.
- Senior individual contributor experience with decision authority and ownership of cross-functional operating systems.
- Fluency in program management, including workback schedules, risk management, project velocity, and project management tooling for non-technical teams.
- Ability to simplify fragmented processes, build standardized templates, and drive adoption across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of how media teams plan, intake, prioritize, and execute work at scale, including familiarity with media technology stacks.
- Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
- Comfort working with performance metrics and basic financial concepts, pressure-testing assumptions, and identifying gaps.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience using automation and AI tools to streamline workflows, including meeting preparation, intake triage, and template population.
- Experience in retail, consumer technology, or marketplace businesses.

## Compensation and Benefits
- ATS-listed salary range: $119,000–$150,000 USD.
- Base pay varies by permanent work location; listed US ranges include $142,000–$150,000 for CA, NY, CT, and NJ; $136,000–$143,500 for WA; $131,000–$138,000 for OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI; and $119,000–$125,500 for all other states.
- Eligible for a new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
- Benefits are provided according to the employee's work location.
