## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the top of funnel by partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across Go-to-Market, G&A, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Embedded, AI/ML, Systems, Manufacturing, and related disciplines.
- Map talent markets by company, skillset, geography, and organizational structure; identify hidden talent pools, competitor insights, and emerging talent trends.
- Identify, engage, and attract technical talent using Boolean search, sourcing platforms, engineering communities, conferences, referrals, and niche aerospace networks.
- Build long-term relationships with passive, cleared, and highly specialized engineering candidates.
- Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and practical automations to increase recruiter productivity and improve market intelligence.
- Create repeatable market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, sourcing documentation, and scalable recruiting processes.
- Coach recruiters and hiring managers on technical sourcing, market insights, candidate availability, competitive intelligence, engagement practices, and recruiting technologies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Brand, University Recruiting, and Engineering leaders to optimize recruiting strategies, outbound messaging, candidate experience, and operational excellence.
- Use recruiting analytics, experimentation, and storytelling to measure sourcing effectiveness and improve outreach and conversion rates.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or complex hardware/software industries.
- Experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized technical roles.
- Expertise in advanced Boolean search and sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, and GitHub.
- Ability to partner consultatively with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior engineering leaders and influence hiring strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or practical AI solutions.
- Experience building relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, organization, judgment, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Data-driven, curious, autonomous, and committed to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting aerospace, robotics, autonomy, AI/ML, or advanced vehicle engineering organizations.
- Experience with export control, ITAR, EAR, or security-cleared recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with Ashby, recruiting analytics, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms.
- Experience supporting high-growth, venture-backed technology organizations.
- Interest in emerging recruiting technologies, sourcing methodologies, and AI advancements.
