## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with EMEA account executives across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Channel to co-lead the technical side of sales, including technical demos, requirements discovery, proof-of-concept scoping, and expectation-setting.
- Own security and compliance reviews for EMEA deals, including security questionnaires, RFPs, DPAs, data residency and sub-processor questions, and discussions with prospect security, privacy, and legal teams.
- Work across integrations involving identity providers, access control, calendars, and HRIS systems.
- Explain the Developer & Integration Platform and API capabilities to customers building extensions.
- Investigate issues through logs and data to isolate and escalate product bugs.
- Represent EMEA customer needs in roadmap discussions and communicate regional regulatory, cultural, and competitive requirements to Product.
- Train the revenue team on SAML, SCIM, OAuth, directory sync, and cloud infrastructure.
- Own projects end to end, contribute to team knowledge-sharing, and support prospect and partner engagements, including international travel to EMEA of approximately 30% annually.

## Requirements
- Working knowledge of EU data protection in enterprise deals, including GDPR, DPAs, data residency, transfer mechanisms, and sub-processor disclosure.
- Experience with identity and access technologies including SAML, SSO, SCIM, OAuth, and directory services.
- Strong understanding of DNS, HTTP, TLS, and certificates.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication with senior technical stakeholders and developers.
- Effectiveness working across time zones and cultural contexts.

## Nice to Have
- Fluency in multiple languages for technical discussions and product demonstrations.
- Experience working with technology or alliance partners and channel managers.
- Ability to learn Ruby on Rails Active Record Query Interface.
- Understanding of Active Directory and SSO access control.
- Experience installing or configuring IT infrastructure such as switches, routers, VoIP, and wireless systems.
- Experience with badge or ID printers, physical security, and digital security cameras.
- Experience completing security reviews and RFPs using tools such as Loopio or Whistic.
- Knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and Kubernetes.

## Compensation
- Annual salary range: $177,500–$193,750.
