## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze opportunities, propose ideas, train and evaluate machine learning models, run experiments, and deploy models to production.
- Contribute to and influence machine learning architecture.
- Develop pipelines and automated processes to train and evaluate models in offline and online environments.
- Integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and strategy partners to propose, prioritize, and implement product features.
- Engage with developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence, transforming innovative ideas into productionized solutions.

## Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping machine learning systems in production.
- Experience developing streaming feature pipelines, building machine learning models, and deploying them to production.
- Strong ownership, initiative, and focus on business impact.
- Ability to work collaboratively in ambiguous environments.
- High standards when working with production systems.

## Nice-to-haves
- 5+ years of experience in full-time software development roles.
- Experience shipping high-quality large language model integrations to user products.
- Experience operating in highly ambiguous environments.
- Knowledge of driving hypotheses from data.
