## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent across finance, legal, people, and other G&A functions.
- Partner with G&A leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy.
- Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to automate recruiting workflows and increase recruiting productivity.
- Lead structured, high-quality interview processes assessing functional expertise, problem-solving ability, and alignment with company values.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the external talent brand.
- Negotiate with and close candidates for critical roles with time sensitivity and rigor.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring finance, legal, people, or other G&A talent.
- Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously.
- Experience working with technical leaders and closing roles to meet hiring goals.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience recruiting for finance, legal, or people functions within automotive, defense, robotics, or physical AI companies.
- Familiarity with G&A talent markets and competitive dynamics for specialized business-function profiles.
- Experience hiring G&A talent in a startup or hypergrowth environment.
