## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across Rippling's platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting with thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects.
- Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Prospect and nurture key assigned accounts.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.

## Requirements
- Experience in a phone-based sales role involving outbound sales calls.
- Experience working toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally across teams.
- Desire to join a competitive, team-based environment.
- BA/BS degree preferred.

## Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Sydney office.
