## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage own book of business, build and manage end-to-end sales pipeline from prospect to close, meet or exceed quotas.
- Establish presence in West territory, research territory, develop marketing and networking plan to reach entrepreneur and small business community.
- Proactively prospect for new business using market research, sales tools, and cold prospecting.
- Communicate value proposition effectively to potential customers.
- Act as voice of customers, suggest ideas for sales generation, lead cultivation, customer experience improvement, and product development.
- Serve as ambassador for Justworks products.
- Travel in-territory in Phoenix and Greater Phoenix, AZ (and potentially West) areas (25% travel).

## Qualifications
**Required:**
- Minimum 2 years as Account Executive + 1 year managing complete consultative sales cycle and closing.
- Experience in B2B lead generation in high-velocity setting (SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
- Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo.
- Cold-calling experience.
- Hunter mentality: new prospects, logos, closing deals, immediate results.

**Preferred:**
- Outreach.io, Hubspot, 6Sense, Hoovers/D&B.
- Passionate about sales and relationship-focused engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics.
- Creative problem-solving in fast-paced environment.
