## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Build trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake's top customers and tell their stories in ways that create mutual value.
- Identify, qualify, and curate Snowflake's most compelling customer stories, working closely with AEs and account teams to determine fit and secure executive buy-in.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, using high-visibility storytelling and executive engagement to strengthen relationships with our most strategic customers and support account retention, expansion, and growth.
- Lead customer pitches for program participation, building relationships with Communications, Marketing, and executive stakeholders at the world's most recognizable brands.
- Develop full co-marketing campaign concepts, ensuring narratives lead with customer impact and resonate at Tier 1 media scale.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives both internally and externally.
- Experience managing agency relationships and translating creative feedback effectively.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and effective operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

## Preferred Skills and Education

- Experience running white-glove, high-touch customer programs at Tier 1 enterprise accounts, especially those involving complex brand approval processes.
- A track record of producing premium content formats: customer films, marquee event speaker programs, and integrated paid campaigns with recognizable brand logos.
