## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the global SDR onboarding program.
- Partner with SDR leadership, Sales Enablement, and cross-functional teams to align onboarding with go-to-market strategies and business goals.
- Drive change management and communication strategies for onboarding adoption.
- Deliver virtual and in-person onboarding sessions covering sales processes, product offerings, and core competencies.
- Coach subject matter experts and guest speakers and facilitate live training for SDRs and internal mobility candidates.
- Manage multiple onboarding cohorts and workstreams, including schedules, learning paths, certifications, pre-work, and follow-up.
- Manage and evolve the “SDR to CRO” internal mobility program, including candidate progress and training sessions.
- Own onboarding programs from design and pilot through global scale and iteration.
- Apply adult learning, sales enablement, and onboarding best practices to build an AI-enabled ramp experience.
- Tailor onboarding for Inbound, Outbound, Channel, and Product SDR segments.
- Define and track KPIs for onboarding effectiveness, time to productivity, and ramp success.
- Analyze feedback, performance data, and business outcomes to recommend program improvements.
- Build and maintain presentations, guides, certifications, LMS modules, and Confluence content.
- Curate resources and update content for product, process, and strategy changes.

## Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in enablement, program management, and/or sales development.
- Experience designing and managing sales onboarding programs with measurable results.
- Experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data to inform program decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Experience building and scaling programs from the ground up.
- Strong operational excellence, workflow design, and process-streamlining skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Personally built or deployed AI-enabled enablement tools, such as practice simulators, certification agents, or content-generation skills.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT, Command of the Message, and MEDDPICC.
