## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with finance and revenue operations to drive FP&A and biz-ops functions
- Build and maintain forecasting models
- Design commission and incentive plans
- Surface insights through KPI reporting and variance analysis
- Translate financial data into decisions across GTM, product, and operations
- Drive FP&A initiatives and evaluate business evolution over coming quarters
- Support key strategic decision-making
- Manage post-sales operations processes from invoicing through cash collection
- Handle inventory management, vendor coordination, and operational planning
- Collaborate with hardware vendors and supply chain partners
- Forecast hardware inventory and manage GPU utilisation
- Analyze how infrastructure decisions impact cash flow, margins, and inventory profile

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles at a B2B startup
- Experience working closely with inside sales, finance, and operations teams
- Strong educational background from a top MBA program or a degree in economics, finance, or engineering
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience building financial and operational models using Excel
- Experience with forecasting, FP&A, and operational planning
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and improve organizational efficiency
- Strong execution skills with ability to operate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
