## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own identity, access, and employee lifecycle systems.
- Design and implement a centralized identity layer and access model across systems using Okta or an equivalent platform.
- Build fast, automated, and reliable onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Maintain clean, auditable provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls.
- Own and standardize endpoint management in a Mac-first environment.
- Scale mobile device management using Jamf or Kandji.
- Enforce security baselines, patching, and device compliance.
- Run day-to-day IT operations across identity, devices, SaaS, networking, and office infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot employee issues, system failures, and on-site failures directly.
- Identify recurring issues and build systems to eliminate them.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security and access controls.
- Partner with GRC on SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 readiness.
- Maintain audit readiness through real infrastructure.
- Rationalize and manage the SaaS stack, including provisioning, licensing, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Finance and leadership on procurement decisions.
- Use AI to automate provisioning, access reviews, device management, support workflows, documentation, and reporting.

## Requirements
- End-to-end ownership of identity, devices, SaaS administration, endpoint security, networking, and internal systems.
- Hands-on experience implementing Okta, Jamf or Kandji, SentinelOne or CrowdStrike, VPN/ZTNA/Tailscale, and SaaS provisioning workflows.
- Builder mindset with the ability to turn ad hoc processes into scalable systems.
- AI-first approach to automating work and improving internal systems.
- High ownership, urgency, and ability to drive work to completion.
- Strong internal customer orientation and hands-on support skills.
- Practical security judgment balancing access controls, endpoint posture, audit readiness, and business speed.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting a Mac-first, in-person company of approximately 100–500 employees is preferred.
