## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Learning & Talent Development point of contact for Crusoe Industries employees and leaders on-site.
- Deliver soft-skills training, facilitation, and development programming for employees at all levels.
- Assess talent-development needs and share field insights with the broader Learning & Talent Development team.
- Design and adapt learning materials for the operational workforce.
- Support onboarding for new hires.
- Build relationships with managers and frontline leaders to understand evolving development needs.
- Coordinate coaching conversations and career-development support as needed.
- Collaborate with Learning & Talent Development leadership on programming strategy and cross-site consistency.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, HR, or a related field.
- Experience facilitating training for diverse audiences, including frontline and operational workforces.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment while staying connected to a distributed team.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in evolving, less-structured environments.
- Familiarity with instructional-design fundamentals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, CO.
- Willingness to work on-site.

- Compensation range of $90,000–$110,000 plus bonus.
