## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Analyze and optimize business systems and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Configure and maintain enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Workday)
- Implement integrations between systems
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Support system users and troubleshoot issues

## Requirements

- 8+ years in business systems analysis or IT business analyst roles
- Deep experience with CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of business processes in sales, finance, HR
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

## Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Zapier)
