## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with commercial prospects and customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations, messaging, the partner ecosystem, and the competitive landscape.
- Support customers through their trial process with Vanta.
- Build product examples, documentation, and other critical customer resources.
- Provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritize functionality that drives sales opportunities.
- Identify and help drive programs that improve the pre-sales to post-sales transition.
- Work collaboratively in a creative, open, and continuously improving environment.

## Requirements
- Work from the London office three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Full German language proficiency.
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, or equivalent.
- Previous B2B SaaS experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud application architecture.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
- Creative, technical, naturally persuasive, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to listen to customers, discuss strategy with colleagues, and dive into technical details.
- General knowledge of a scripting language and willingness to expand those skills.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity.
