## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress, solve scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs.
- Conduct analysis and research to inform company strategy and growth decisions for global products, including local payment methods.
- Shape the APAC product roadmap through competitive intelligence, user insights, and data analysis.
- Advise Product, Engineering, go-to-market, and cross-functional leadership teams on resource allocation for long-term strategic value.
- Partner with Finance on planning processes, investment decisions, strategy updates, operational plans, and OKRs.
- Monitor the financial health of the APAC business, identify key metrics and trends, and develop improvement plans.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a highly analytical role at a technology company, or equivalent management consulting experience.
- Ability to structure ambiguous, open-ended problems and distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and explain their value to non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to drive alignment and complex decisions with senior leaders.
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
- Ability to influence without authority and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
