## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build highly sophisticated agentic products to investigate complex financial crimes.
- Lead the technical designs and team charters.
- Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly.

## Requirements
- 4-10 years of software development experience.
- Lead 5-people + projects.
- Get along well with PMs and Designers.
- Communicative.

## Nice-to-haves
- Comfortable with Python, Cursor, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and agent frameworks.
- Obsessed, curious, and resourceful.

## Compensation
- Base pay range: $160,000 – $200,000 per year.
