## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Define and own the product roadmap for Market Data Feeds, balancing feed quality, coverage, and commercial ROI.
- Set measurable success criteria and hold delivery teams accountable for outcomes.
- Own feed builds end-to-end, from vendor sourcing and data modeling through production delivery.
- Develop solutions to strengthen market data operations and integrate Market and Reference Data across products and services.
- Identify gaps in market data coverage and partner with clients, sales, and data operations on sourcing opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of vendor licensing terms and entitlement workflows, including contractual constraints and cost implications.
- Partner with licensing and finance to evaluate sourcing decisions against profitability.
- Provide product oversight on licensing transitions, including direct licensing migrations.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Security Master and connect Market Data inputs to richer information for client and internal product teams.
- Work with GTM, Sales, and Support to communicate Market Data changes, dataset capabilities, feed status, and onboarding timelines.
- Use product and client insights to improve client experience and identify new opportunities.

## Requirements

- Extensive relevant work experience and education demonstrating proficiency in product management and user workflows.
- Deep familiarity with Market Data vendors such as Bloomberg, LSEG, S&P, and Morningstar, and with sourcing and implementing their content.
- Expertise in market data processing, entitlement workflows, security mastering, financial products, and the financial data ecosystem.
- Experience building and launching commercial data products within financial services.
- Understanding of data governance practices.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and GTM teams.
- Practical knowledge of agile and lean practices, with the ability to guide teams toward appropriate processes.
- Ability to select suitable tools and techniques to accomplish objectives.
- Knowledge of SQL and the ability to query data to answer product questions.
- Experience using AI tools to drive outcomes as a product manager.
- Leadership, urgency, accountability, initiative, ingenuity, resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and comfort working within ambiguity.
- Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

- Experience with Python and Databricks.
