## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles.
- Use AI and agentic coding tools to automate workflows and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent.
- Partner with leadership using recruiting data and metrics.
- Develop industry and business knowledge across physical AI, autonomous vehicles, and venture capital.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the talent brand.
- Negotiate with and close candidates for critical, time-sensitive roles.

## Requirements
- **6+ years of experience** in technical recruiting.
- Evidence of rapid growth in previous agency, in-house, or venture capital recruiting roles.
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and other creative channels.
- High aptitude for learning new tools and technical topics quickly.
- Experience working with technical leaders and closing roles to meet hiring goals.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a venture-backed company.
- Early recruiting team or early-stage startup experience, including joining within the first five years of founding.

## Compensation
- Temporary hourly position with an opportunity to convert based on performance.
- Intended target hourly rate range: **$104,000–$176,800** as provided by the ATS salary data.
