## Job Description

## Ideal Qualifications

**Experience:**
- 1+ years as a SDR
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
- (Preferred) B2B SaaS Experience, or Experience working for companies focused on AI applications in vertical markets

**Attitude:**
- Fearless when talking to new people and a motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges

**Tenacious:**
- Comfortable with on-the-phone and in-person rejection, and ability to keep following up with prospects

**Excellent Communicator:**
- Articulates value proposition clearly and deeply understands customer pain points

**Work Culture:**
- Excited to contribute to a strong culture, working together IRL in our NYC office 5 days a week
- Able to travel to conferences (~30%)

**Tech Stack:**
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn, and modern AI sales tools like Clay

## Job Responsibilities

- **Lead Generation:** Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
- **Outreach:** Engage with new prospects via cold calling or LinkedIn DM’ing to convert qualified leads into meetings
- **Field Sales:** Identify and convert new prospects at tradeshows and conferences, and industry social events
- **Collaborate:** Work closely with Sales, Growth, and CEO to refine and execute Top of Funnel strategy
