## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken’s hybridisation efforts across Kraken Pro and Consumer.
- Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap.
- Work across Pro and Consumer, with particular emphasis on cross-functional alignment and advocating for roadmap priorities.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities.
- Make complex on-chain experiences simple, intuitive, and accessible.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
- Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.

## Requirements
- Proven track record of taking products from ideation through go-to-market and iteration.
- On-chain experience is required; experience closer to the underlying on-chain ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build internal buy-in across competing priorities.
- Cross-functional social intelligence, including the ability to coordinate teams and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience advocating for product roadmaps, particularly in a consumer environment.
- Experience negotiating with external vendors, partners, or ecosystem participants.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse teams.
- Technical fluency and comfort working with engineering without needing to be the deepest technical expert in the room.
- Consumer-first product sense, attention to user interactions, and a data-driven approach to diagnosing friction and improving experiences.
- 4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products.
- Prior experience in crypto, Web3, trading, gaming, or banking.
