## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical support through Zendesk, meet SLAs, and maintain CSAT above 95%.
- Participate in a 24/7 support rotation for rapid response to critical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
- Triage alerts, support maintenance windows, and conduct node delivery testing.
- Collaborate with global SRE, networking, and storage teams from triage through root cause analysis.
- Create internal documentation, onboarding materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Recommend and implement process and tooling improvements to increase system efficiency and resilience.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of technical support experience in cloud, storage, or networking.
- Strong CLI skills and comfort navigating Linux environments.
- Experience using Git for collaboration and version management.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with workload management tools such as Slurm and Terraform.
- Experience with observability tools such as Grafana.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Clear communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to prioritize competing escalations.
- Understanding of high-performance computing technologies including InfiniBand, Slurm, RDMA, RoCE, and SDN.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with storage technologies including NVMe, SSDs, and distributed storage systems.
- Experience with block, object, or file storage.
- Familiarity with NFS, SMB, iSCSI, and NVMe-oF.
- CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA, AWS, NVIDIA AI, or Linux Foundation certifications.
- Experience with automation tools or scripting languages.
- Experience coaching teammates and sharing knowledge.
- Interest in improving technology efficiency and sustainability.
