> The Product Operations Intern will support customer implementations, operational tooling, knowledge management, reporting, requirements gathering, and feature QA. The role suits a proactive student or recent graduate interested in B2B SaaS, fintech compliance, customer success, and product operations.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support customer implementations and onboardings with Customer Success Managers, including environment setup, configuration, and go-live validation.
- Build internal tooling to improve customer success and product operations by automating repetitive workflows and creating tracking systems.
- Identify process gaps and design scalable fixes.
- Own knowledge-base infrastructure, including coverage tracking, freshness standards, and documentation accuracy.
- Build and maintain reporting and operational signals for account risk, adoption, SLA performance, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer pain points and feature requests into scoped requirements.
- Support QA for feature releases by verifying functionality against customer-facing requirements.

## Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Comfortable participating in customer calls and representing the team professionally.
- Curious about B2B SaaS products and willing to learn across product, operations, and customer success.
- Based in London with the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
- Willing to work hybrid three days per week in the London office.

## Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with anti-fraud, AML, compliance, or fintech concepts.
- Prior internship or project experience in product, operations, or customer-facing work.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques for identifying trends and optimizing product operations.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation applied to compliance or risk.
