## Job Description

## What you will do
- Design and implement fullstack features with minimal oversight
- Translate product requirements into technical solutions across the stack
- Help define and build the foundational architecture of the new product
- Collaborate with other teams across engineering and go-to-market to understand requirements and integrate with Rippling’s platform
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to technical documentation
- Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering best practices for the team

## What you will need
- A minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience building and shipping production software in a fullstack environment
- Familiarity with technologies like Python, Django, React, Postgres, MongoDB, and AWS (or similar stacks)
- Ability to independently break down complex problems and drive them to completion
- Strong product instincts and a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment where priorities may shift quickly
- Interest in the intersection of AI and UX is a plus
