## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to build hiring strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Proactively source passive candidates through channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
- Own the full candidate experience from sourcing through close.
- Create talent maps and share talent-market insights.
- Represent Brex to candidates and attract exceptional talent.
- Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews.
- Own recruiting projects and programs that improve process excellence and candidate experience.

## Requirements
- 1+ year of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and provide strategic hiring support.
- Strong organizational skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR and employment practices.
- Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or a relevant degree.
- Willingness to work in the office three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience with Gem.
- Experience working at a high-growth startup.

## Compensation
- Expected salary range: $85,600–$107,000.
