## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Data
- Enter, interpret, and analyze data.
- Develop and use data collection systems that optimize efficiency.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases.

### Customer Success
- Analyze data to improve customer experience.
- Provide real-time customer support and feedback.
- Hold product demonstrations for new customers and develop user guides.
- Contribute to client onboarding and implementations to understand client processes and build rapport with stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor project metrics.

## Requirements

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to push back on superiors.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in fixed income or leveraged credit preferred.
