## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and prioritize target accounts across studios, agencies, brands, and innovation teams
- Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate pipeline and book meetings for the sales team
- Craft personalized outreach that speaks to how creatives actually work - referencing real workflows, tools, and pain points rather than generic pitches
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies

## Requirements
- Prior experience in outbound sales, business development, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sequencing
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, you own your numbers
- Genuine interest in the creative AI space; bonus if you've used Krea
- Experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus
